Yihe 80
The newest variety introduced from Japanese with large plant type, is quite resistant to cold and intolerant to heat. Head flower is semi-global and bright green, 600g in single weight, and the max weights 1000g. Uneasy to empurple under low temperature, usually used for preservation and quick-freezing, and can come into market in January. It can be harvested 75-80 days after transplanting if for preservation or 85-90 days after transplanting for quick-freezing.

Lv sheng
Early maturing variety can be harvested 55 days after transplanting, with high head formation ability under high temperature. Head flower is bright green, semi-global, firm, tastes good, and weights 1.3kg per head. It is tolerant to disease, easy to plant, late to crack, but intolerant to cold so cannot be planted under low temperature.

Snow pine 65---middle to late maturity. High yield and good diesease resistance. Tall plant, curved leaves. Green head stem with snowy head, weighing about 1.2-1.3 kg each. Harvest at about 65 days after transplanting.. Culturing temperature is about 15-25℃.
